Trey is an experienced technologist and serial entrepreneur who thrives in startup environments, with ~30 years of experience working with executive leaders to bridge the gap between concepts and solutions.
Trey is a co-founder and the original developer for AirStrip, a remote patient monitoring platform. AirStrip received $65m in funding from Sequoia Capital, Wellcome Trust, HCA, and Qualcomm Ventures, and Trey’s flagship product became the first ever FDA-approved mobile application in the App Store. Following AirStrip, Trey co-founded Splice, the first mobile video editing app for the iPhone. Splice rose to become the top mobile video application in the world which led to its $60m acquisition by GoPro in 2016. In 2018, Trey founded Studio 3A, a startup studio that builds SAAS companies across all verticals, with initial emphasis on consumer app, healthcare, Web3 and IoT sectors.
Trey holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Kevin Cordell is a globally recognized medical device executive with a proven track record in driving profitable growth, leading high-performing teams, and executing successful global commercialization strategies. With leadership roles at Enovis,Wright Medical and Johnson & Johnson. Kevin has overseen multi-billion dollar orthopedic and cardiovascular businesses, launched market-leading innovations, and helped deliver significant shareholder value—including the $5.4B acquisition of Wright Medical by Stryker.
His experience spans orthopedics, cardiology, and endovascular specialties. Kevin currently serves on the University of Oklahoma Healthcare Advisory Board and the board of ThermoTek, Inc

Andy Reid is a healthcare executive and operator turned investor who brings 20+ years of leadership across MedTech, pharma, and surgical innovation. As Managing Partner of M3A Healthcare Ventures, he focuses on seed-stage HealthTech and AI, leveraging a track record that includes building and exiting high-growth companies.
Andy also serves as CEO of VisionOR, an Apple-native surgical OS gaining adoption with surgeons and ASCs nationwide. Previously, he held senior commercialization roles at Enovis, Wright Medical, and Stryker.

Patrick Fisher joined the Orthofix Executive Leadership Team in 2024 as the President of Global Orthopedics. Mr. Fisher previously served as Vice President and General Manager of the Foot and Ankle business unit with Stryker Corporation, a global medical technology company.
Prior to his tenure at Stryker, Patrick served as the President of Lower Extremity and Biologics for Wright Medical Technology, which was acquired by Stryker in 2020. He joined Wright Medical in 2002 and held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of U.S. Sales.
Patrick has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding EBITDA, and transforming operations within medium to large publicly traded companies. His expertise spans global marketing, R&D, sales, clinical research and medical education, with a strong focus on integrity, ethics, and quality compliance.
Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Rhodes College and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Memphis.

Dr. Gregory Berlet is a retired orthopedic surgeon and proud co-founder of Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center, where he helped establish a nationally respected program for foot and ankle care. With dual fellowship training in sports medicine and foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Berlet brought a dynamic, athlete-informed perspective to his work—serving as a consulting physician for professional and collegiate teams in the region.
Throughout his career, Dr. Berlet was known as a passionate patient advocate and educator. He held leadership roles with national organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS), and served as Chief of Foot and Ankle at The Ohio State University. His mission was to elevate standards of care across the profession through education, innovation, and mentorship.
A prolific researcher, Dr. Berlet authored over 100 scientific publications and contributed to the design of numerous orthopedic implants, including several total ankle replacements. His commitment to clinical advancement continues to shape the future of surgical outcomes for patients worldwide.
Now enjoying retirement, Dr. Berlet remains active in his Westerville community with his wife Diane. A proud father of two and grandfather, he values time with family and continues to champion causes that improve lives both inside and outside the clinic.
